Are you looking for a terrific way to get in shape this spring and get your workout in early?  Join us for this fun and effective cardio, strength and core class.  In forty-five minutes, you will feel energized, strengthened and ready to start your day after a calorie burning, heart pumping and muscle toning workout.  This is a terrific Friday morning workout to start your week off right!

Ages:    14 yrs. & older
Fee:       $40.00
NOTE:  No program on Friday, April 19
