General Information
  • INSTRUCTOR: Joseph Hicks, Certified Personal Trainer, ISTA.
  • Learn some basic exercise techniques and learn what you can do to stay healthy, active and fit and take charge of 2018.
  • Participants will also learn more about the new lunchtime Healthy and Happy-New Fit You Class.
