2018 Once Upon a Cake
Join us for the sweetest class of the summer! 

We’ll review the basics of buttercream and piping techniques, and then explore the creative world of fondant.  Daily edibles to take home will include cupcakes & cookies. 

You will learn the secret to creating those “bakery perfect” cupcakes.  A final project of a decorated cake, completely designed by you will be part of our graduation. 

Don’t miss out on this class to master new skills.

  • INSTRUCTOR: Kim Guzzo
  • Registration closes on Wednesday, July 1 and/or earlier if enrollment reaches maximum capacity.
  • Limited enrollment.
  • NOTE: Additional materials fee $30.00 (piping bag & special decorating tips become property of the child) paid to instructor on first day of camp.
  • NOTE: Children are responsible for bringing their decorating supplies to class each day clean and ready for use.
