Light weights
This 45 minute super efficient low impact class lets you use your entire body for a strength and conditioning workout while using mini gliders that glide over carpet at your feet.

Hand weights 
are also used for upper body. This class offers a great workout to kick start a full body workout and keep you motivated all class long.   All fitness levels are welcome.
