Early Monday Morning Intense Interval Training - New
Are you looking for a fast, effective workout before work? Our new HIIT training program is for you.
or high intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. You will start the New Year and your mornings off right with this program and feel so great after you do.
NOTE: No program on Monday, January 20.
