Get fit and have fun with our super effective morning workout. Take some time for yourself after the kids are at school or as you start your day.   

This class is designed to train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports. We also will focus on flexibility and specific muscles to make this workout beneficial to almost everyone.  All levels and abilities are welcome.  Make a commitment to get fit this New Year.
