Are you ready to take charge of your wellness, feel great, get and stay in shape? Get ready for a Total Transformation!
This comprehensive six week training program combines all of the necessary aspects to help improve your overall well being in order to achieve your desired fitness and lifestyle for maximum results. You can choose up to two in-studio fitness classes a week (30min. each) for 6 weeks that fits your schedule. You will also participate in weekly weigh-ins and body fat testing, will have access to a personal portal where you will have your stats, progress charts and the ability to submit food logs to keep you accountable as well as access to our fitness nutritionist. The portal will also contain food lists for the lean healthy eating program and your own personal stats throughout the program as well as 6 weeks of exercise videos. This program will help ensure you make a holistic commitment to fitness and achieve lasting results in a supported environment.
Come learn how to reach your goal by learning the proper ways to eat, workout, burn fat, build lean muscle, and lose weight with support all in one. Join with friends, family members, co-workers, or challenge yourself. Lose weight to feel great.

TJT Circuit Class
TJT circuit classes are a total body workout. This class is set in stations and will go around 3-4 times. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. This will help with weight loss and building lean muscle. All levels are welcome.
Tuesdays: March 31, April 7, 14, 21, 28, May 5, 6:00-6:30 p.m.
Thursdays: April 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, May 7, 6:00-6:30 p.m.
Wednesdays: April 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, May 6, 9:00-9:30 a.m.
Join in on this fun high intensity step class. This class is designed to help build lean muscle while burning tons of fat. It is a total body cardio and strength workout. Combining step, HIIT, and dumbbells, making this is the ultimate 30 minute workout. Come get your heart pumping and calories burning with a personal trainer. Beginners to advanced are welcome.

Thursdays: April 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, May 7-9:00-9:30 a.m.
Get a complete and great workout in this HIIT, (high-intensity interval training) that alternates between 20 seconds of intense bursts of work and 10 seconds of rest in four minute rounds. This class will have you burning calories even after you leave class. All fitness levels are welcome.

Weigh In/Body Fat Analysis Meetings
Saturdays: March 28, April 4, 11, 18, 25, May 2 from 10:00-11:00 a.m. (Meet for your weekly weigh in/body fat analysis and check in meeting to help you stay on track and have data for your results.)
Program begins on Saturday, March 28, April 4, 11, 18, 25, May 2 for the weekly weigh ins/meeting then see class schedules on various days during the six weeks. You can pick two classes a week in addition to your weigh-in that fits your schedule. If you cannot make the Saturday meetings for the weigh-in you can arrange with the instructor, Joseph Hicks for a time either before or after your weekly classes to do this.
Fee includes two in-studio classes per week that you choose, fitness videos, nutritional assistance and weekly weigh-in body fat analysis.
