Self Defense 6 Week Class (Adults Ages 18 & Older) • Register • View Cart •

Self Defense classes for Women & Men ages 18 and older.  Participants will learn a wide range of practical self-defense techniques and concepts designed to work, even against larger and stronger opponents, while developing confidence.
This self-defense class may help you with instances such as walking alone at night or in isolated areas, Dealing with unwanted advances or harassment, and defending against robbery attempts.

Please wear sneakers, athletic clothing, and be sure to bring water.

Time:      6:45 - 7:30pm
Ages:     18 yrs. & older
Fee:        $85.00 Resident    $90.00 Non-Resident
