Get fit, feel great and start the New Year and your day off right with our new two day a week early morning workout.  Make the time for you this year and a commitment to bettering your health. 

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.  This two day a week program will give you the maximum benefit and you will also get a discount for signing up for both days.

 NOTE:  No program on Monday, January 20.
