Join us for our fun and new Barre Program on Saturday mornings and get fit!
This Barre Above® class is a unique approach to barre workouts. This program is a fusion of the best of Pilates, Yoga, Aerobics, and elements of the strengthening exercises dancers do, Barre delivers a results-driven workout that is not only fun and dynamic, but it will sculpt your body and get you into absolutely amazing shape. This class will help you see improvements in your posture, flexibility, overall body strength, and balance. This program will help you obtain a body awareness and confidence that you may not have had before all while making new friends.
