Get an incredible workout in this fun high intensity step class.

Class is designed to help build lean muscle while burning tons of fat all while having a blast. It is a total body cardio and strength workout. Combining step, HIIT, and dumbbells, this ultimate thirty-minute workout will get and help keep you in shape. Come get your heart pumping and the calories burning with a personal trainer. Beginners to Advanced are welcome.  Enjoy this fun and effective exercise program with with friends at beautiful Bruce Park Pavilion for a terrific outdoor workout!                                                                                                                                         

General Information
  • INSTRUCTOR: Joseph Hicks, Certified Personal Trainer, ISTA
  • Registration closes on Friday, July 24 and/or earlier if enrollment reaches maximum capacity.
  • Meet at Bruce Park Pavilion. (Heavy rain and thunderstorms will cancel the program.)
  • Please bring water and a mat. (Please also bring a face mask for when social distancing may not be possible)
  • Limited enrollment.
  • Please wear comfortable clothes that allow for movement and wear and bring a face mask, water bottle and a Yoga Mat. We ask everyone to check their temperature before coming to class and if you have a temperature, over 100 please do not come to class.
  • Please do not come to class if you are feeling ill or experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19.
