Saturday Yoga for Youth and Families at Bruce Park - NEW
Start your weekend out right by taking this enjoyable Yoga program that is designed for the whole family. The class will focus balance, flexibility and mindfulness all while getting in a beneficial over all workout.
Please wear comfortable clothes that allow for movement and bring a water bottle and exercise mat to the program is recommended for children ages 7-14 but parents and adults are also welcome to register.
In the event of inclement weather, a decision will be made by 10:00 a.m. and participants will be contacted by the instructor,only severe rain/thunderstorms will cancel program.
We ask everyone to check their temperature before coming to class and if you have a temperature, over 100, please do not come to class. Please do not come to class if you are feeling ill or experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19.
