You will have a blast in this ultimate calorie burning high intensity class. Tabata is a form of HIIT (high-intensity interval training) that alternates between twenty seconds of intense bursts of work and ten seconds of rest in four-minute rounds. This class will have you burning calories even after you leave class. All fitness levels are welcome.  We will be getting a great workout in while social distancing and exercising outside at the beautiful Bruce Park Pavilion.  NOTE:  November 22 as a bad weather make up day as back up if needed.

3:30 PM - 4:30 PM    Field Hockey, Girls (Gr 1-5) - Girls Field Hockey
A Recreational Field Hockey Program that focuses on skills and fundamentals of the game while having fun. A field hockey stick will be provided for the season for players to use.Players from the Spaulding School will be bussed after school to McAlister to participate in practices. Pick up location will be at McAlister when practices end.A scrimmage is being tentatively scheduled with another youth program.Days:  Mondays & ThursdaysDates:  September  10 - October 29Time:  3:30 - 4:30 p.m.  Location:  McAlister School Fields.A Play Day is tentatively (due to COVID-19) being scheduled with other youth programs. This date is to be determined, and there is small additional fee (approx. $15.00) if your child participates in this optional date.

Is your child ready to have fun while getting fit?  Do they love a good challenge that is motivating?  This heart pumping enjoyable fitness class is designed to accommodate girls and boys in grades 3-5 at various fitness levels.  Children will engage in core, strength, agility training, plyometrics and other important training exercises. Class focus is to motivate with positivity and fun activities in a safe non-judgmental environment helping to make fitness a lifestyle.

Are you ready to have some fun, burn some calorie and put some spring back in your step?  Are you tired of trying to fit your daily workout in but have excuses of not being able to exercise because of lack of time and also not wanting to walk/jog alone? Join our group and make new walking/running/jogging friends and get in shape at the same time.  We will go over warming up, fitness walking/jogging and have a fun time getting you re-energized for the rest of the day.  The program will meet rain or shine so please bring proper gear.  Even if you can be at class for a half hour, you are encouraged to join the group.  Prizes will be awarded to the most dedicated participants.  All ages and abilities welcome.  We will be practicing social distancing and everyone must wear a mask when social distancing is not feasible. Please wear comfortable clothes that allow for movement, sneakers and wear and bring a facemask, exercise mat and water bottle.  We ask everyone to check their temperature before coming to class and if you have a temperature, over 100 please do not come to class.   Please do not come to class if you are feeling ill or experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19.

Get ready for a hauntingly great time to celebrate Halloween!  Children will have a blast with their friends as we decorate real pumpkins and celebrate Halloween with a party!  We will be making a variety of fun crafts and treats. We will even have a pizza party and decorate cookies at the end of the event. Each child will also receive a goody bag filled trick or treat bag!  Please indicate if your child has any food allergies.  Please have your child wear and old T-shirt/cloths.Children will be required to wear face masks during the program when social distancing is not feasible.Please drive around the back of McAlister School for pick up (blue cafeteria door)NOTE:  Please register early as we will be getting pumpkins and pizza for each child and will need to have the count in advance.

It is a total body cardio and strength workout. Combining step, HIIT, and dumbbells, this ultimate thirty-minute workout will get and help keep you in shape. Come get your heart pumping and the calories burning with a personal trainer. Beginners to Advanced are welcome!  NOTE:  December 3 as a bad weather make up day as back up if needed.

It is a total body cardio and strength workout. Combining step, HIIT, and dumbbells, this ultimate thirty-minute workout will get and help keep you in shape. Come get your heart pumping and the calories burning with a personal trainer. Beginners to Advanced are welcome!  NOTE:  December 3 as a bad weather make up day as back up if needed.

Is your child ready to have fun while getting fit?  Do they love a good challenge that is motivating?  This heart pumping enjoyable fitness class is designed to accommodate girls and boys in grades 3-5 at various fitness levels.  Children will engage in core, strength, agility training, plyometrics and other important training exercises. Class focus is to motivate with positivity and fun activities in a safe non-judgmental environment helping to make fitness a lifestyle.
